Game Day and Weekly Updates

On game day, I was responsible for ensuring all digital content was prepared and ready for release. This included game day announcements, score updates, and ticket promotion graphics. During games, I updated score graphics in real time at the end of each period to keep content current and engaging. In addition, I created weekly content such as “Stars of the Game” features and weekend schedules. I also contributed photography from team practices, capturing content that supported the overall visual identity and social media presence.

Results

A cohesive identity that encapsulates the program’s success

This internship has reinforced the importance of both deadlines and content timing. While managing weekly Instagram posts, I found that publishing content closer to game days led to significantly higher engagement than midweek posts. This insight shaped how I approached scheduling and content strategy.
